My Hub Cares Fairview was conceptualized as a result of a recommendation by the Quezon City Health Office in December 2025. The idea was to put up a sexual health clinic offering HIV and STI services in Fairview, Quezon City.

It soft launched in January 15, 2026 and was inaugurated in January 31, 2026. This is the 4th My Hub Cares clinic that has been established in Metro Manila.
